*All Monthly Memberships are billed on the first of each month. Memberships do not expire and will be billed monthly until canceled. Members may cancel their membership at any time; all dues paid and not yet redeemed for services will be refunded in full. No cancellation fee applies. Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months at your request. Sessions must be redeemed within the month purchased; unused sessions do not carryover to the next month nor accumulate overtime. Memberships can be shared between family members with the permission of the billing party. 

**Packages do not expire. Discounts do not apply to the purchase or redemption of Packages. Packages can be shared between family members with the permission of the billing party. 

Need to update your billing info, pause your membership or make other changes? No problem! Email Us and we'll update your account. Please note that changes are not confirmed until you receive our response confirming your request.
