SANITATION AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Anahata consistently follows universal healthcare precautions. To further reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, support the health and vitality of our community and to comply with the DORA Executive Order for "Safer at Home" Personal Services, the following protocols have been implemented. 

 

Anahata will:

  • Employ strict hygiene guidelines and cleaning and disinfection procedures for all contact surfaces and tools, in accordance with CDPHE Worker and Customer Protection Guidelines for Non-Healthcare Industries

  • Utilize 10% bleach solution and UVC light sanitizer to sanitize all surface areas within the treatment room following each client treatment session

  • Utilize 10% bleach solution and UVC light sanitizer to sanitize all surface areas within the entirety of the facility every 4 hours. 

  • Ensure a minimum of 6 feet of separation between therapists and clients when not directly performing service

  • Provide customer services by appointment only,  all walk-ins or waiting for an appointment are temporarily disallowed

  • Conduct temperature and symptoms check for all clients prior to providing any services 

  • Provide contactless payment options whenever possible

  • Require all therapists and employees to wear a face covering at all times

  • Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions to enable contact tracing if it becomes necessary.  The log should include name, date, details of services performed, and location of contact, as well as the contact’s phone number and/or email address

  • The tea station, water and snacks will not be provided until further notice

 

Anahata Clients are asked to:

  • Wear face covering at all times;  if a client does not have a mask, a "disposable mask" will be provided

  • Wait outside until time for your appointment, your therapist will meet you at the door and show you in

  • Comply with temperature and symptom checking. Be sure to let us know of any symptoms you may have

  • Cancel your appointment if you're not feeling well for any reason.  No cancellation fee will apply
