Heated river stones are used in this wonderfully relaxing version of swedish massage. Hot Stones are used to massage oil into the skin.

Full Toe Reading - Gain deeper insight into yourself with a full toe reading. You will learn about what is represented on each toe and you will receive a more indepth reading. A full reading allows time to explore how you can use your new knowledge to invite change in your life by using energywork, aromatherapy, or affirmations.

Scrub - $30 (30 min) Consists of dry brushing followed by gentle exfoliation with the scrub of your choice. A wonderful hydrating lotion finishes off this treatment.
Sugar Scrub - A natural exfoliation to leave your skin feeling as smooth as silk!
Coffee Scrub -
Ground coffee beans, rich in anti-oxidants are used to gently smooth away rough skin. An afternoon coffee break you wont soon forget!
Wrap - $50 (60 min) Starts with dry brushing followed by a gentle exfoliating scrub. You are then wrapped with your choice of one of the following. Finish with a hydrating lotion.
Seaweed Gel Wrap - Excellent to hydrate and detoxify!
Some ingredients:
Willow Bark Extract - Astringent, antiseptic, anti-rheumatic, detoxifying, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory. Soothes and smoothes.
Rose Hip Seed Oil - High in Vitamin C. Stimulating and bactericidal.
Aloe Vera - Great skin nourisher and moisturizer. Detoxifying, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory. Soothes and smoothes.
Klamath Blue-Green Algae - An algae from Klamath Lake rich in minerals. Detoxifies and moisturizes.
Sea Kelp Extract - A botanical extract from sea plants, which contains Vitamins A, C, E, and B-Complex. It is soothing, moisutrizing, nourishing, restoring, softening and because of its high vitamin and mineral content, benefits the skin greatly.
Lavender Essential Oil - An essential oil that is analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Provides cleansing, blancing, soothing, and healing properties.
Green Clay Wrap - Clay particles help to draw out impurities from the skin. Over 50 minerals to nourish the skin. Excellent for use on backs prone to breakouts.
Black Baltic Mud Wrap - Promotes detoxification, extracts pore clogging impurities, and improves skins texture.
European Rose Mud Wrap - Deeply hydrating crme-based mud, contains natural sun-dried rose clay extracted from the Provence region of France to accelerates cell renewal. Excellent to refine, soften, and hydrate skin.
Back "facial" - 40 min - $40
Like a facial for your back! Start with dry brushing followed by a scrub of your choice. A masque of your choice from the list of wraps is applied. End with a short massage with hydrating lotion.

Hands and feet are scrubbed and wrapped. Super hydrating lotion or cream is applied to finish the treatment.
